Delivery time

Your order will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 days, you will always be notified about this. Delivery times within the Netherlands are usually 1 to 3 working days. Outside the Netherlands, delivery times are longer, please contact our shipping company about this. If an order cannot be delivered within 2-3 working days because it is not in stock, we will contact you and make agreements about an adjusted delivery time. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us.

We send orders via parcel post from Post.nl and with track & trace.

Payment options

You can pay safely with us via iDeal, Paypal and Klarna. As soon as we have received the purchase amount, we will send the order within 1 to 2 working days.

Transfer

If you choose to Transfer in advance, you must place the order and choose this option. After you have placed your order, you can transfer the amount to account number NL07INGB0007981248 in the name of JewelryByLouLou. Please state the order number that you will receive from us with the order confirmation as a description. Please take into account a transfer period of approximately 3 working days. As soon as the total amount has been credited to the account, the order will be processed and the item will be sent to you within 1 to 2 days.

Returns

Are you not satisfied? All items from JewelryByLouLou can be returned. Send us an e-mail within 7 working days after receiving your order which items you want to return. As soon as we have received the order back, we will refund you the purchase amount plus the shipping costs. The return costs are at your expense. It goes without saying that the jewelry must be unworn and undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a piece of jewelry for another item, please contact us. We will then email you the details for a quick handling.

Warranty

JewelryByLouLou uses a warranty period of 3 months, there are conditions attached to this in the way you have handled the article yourself, we can usually see that from the article and we are always open and honest about this.
